Prices
All prices are
exclusive of VAT. Prices are as listed up to and including
31st
December 2008.
Payment
Payment
for schools and companies is 30 days net as per invoice. If payment is
delayed reference interest rate will be charged according to the law (current
minimum lending rate
+
8%) plus statutory reminder fee which is, at present, SEK 50. Private
individuals may pay in advance or by cash on delivery. When paying in
advance, please contact Yvonne Dahlqvist for your check number. Our bank
giro number is 5271-5778.
Orders
Orders can be made by
mail, fax or letter.
Sold on sale or return basis
All goods are sold on
a sale or return basis. The customer must inform Ydala of a return
within 14 days of delivery. The returned product must be unused and
undamaged. Return post is paid for by the customer. Pack the goods well.
Goods which are received in damaged condition cannot be credited. Always
contact Ydala before returning goods.
Delivery
Delivery normally
takes place within five working days of order. If delivery is expected
to take longer, Ydala will inform the customer immediately.
Claims
Complaints
and return of faulty goods must be made to Ydala within 10 days of
delivery. If faulty
goods have been supplied, Ydala will pay for the return post.
Damage during transport
Any
goods which are damaged during transport must be reported immediately to
the carrier.
